The acerola (Malpighia Glabra) is the fruit of an eponymous small tree that is naturally found in the forests of South America, Central America, and Jamaica. Due to its resemblance to the cherry, this bright red berry is also known as the Barbados cherry.

Its high concentration of vitamin C makes it a unique stimulating tonic. The acerola helps reduce fatigue and maintain a healthy immune system. Vitamin C is also well known for its capacity to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Its formula is also supplemented by an adaptogen: eleuthero.
