ORGANIC / CSR
Our region of the Loire Valley is the cradle of medicinal plants, which allows us to make a maximum of short circuits and thus to evolve towards a CSR approach (Corporate Social Responsibility). Our current objective is to obtain the ISO 14001 standard (it is part of the sustainable development framework).
At Strapharm, organic products represent 30% of our products, the first organic product having been released in 2007. In 2020, we had 66 organic products listed. Our sourcing is mainly from fair trade stores and Acerola specialists. We are constantly sourcing new raw materials and packaging.
In 2021, we offer organic Acerola tablets, organic Artichoke capsules and organic Lemon balm capsules with ingredients and packaging from France and/or processed in France.
We are a member of the SYNADIET working group (Syndicat National des Compléments Alimentaires) and a member of Phytolia.
ECO-RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING
We do everything possible to offer you new packaging that is increasingly responsible and environmentally friendly, while taking care of the safety of our products.
Today, we are able to provide materials such as Kraft, biosourced PE, 100% recycled PET, glass or aluminum according to your needs.
INDUSTRIAL
We invest to continuously improve the performance of our industrial tools but also to create new products and thus meet our one stop-shop offer. Here are some achievements:
- 2018: robotization of packaging lines, new press and capsule maker
- 2020: new doypack line
- 2021: new labelling machine for transparent labels, new two-layer press, effervescent tablet without additives.
MARKET
In 2020, 1st 100% dry form site registered with the ANSM and launch of the 1st COSMOS solid tablet toothpaste.
